Orders once placed on the website cannot be canceled.

Shipping policy

The shipping is on us if you place a prepaid order through the website. If not, don’t worry, it costs a small fees of INR 100 for us to get it delivered to you in a safe and secure package.

Although we will inform that the package is for someone special and it should reach you at the earliest. However, just to be safe, we request you to allow us at least 3-5 business days post dispatch. If you do not receive your package even withing that time-frame, please contact us and our happiness executive will gladly assist you. 

Order Related Concerns

For every order placed through our website, you will receive an email confirmation from our end on your registered email address. 
Once your order is dispatched, you will also, receive an email with the tracking details.
